How bad is it?

The higher your symptoms are on the list the more help you may wish to access:

· I just can't bear it!
· I don't want my baby!
· I feel totally alone and can't talk to anybody.
· I feel very anxious and can't relax.
· I can't seem to manage the baby, the home and daily tasks.
· I'm hiding how I'm feeling from everybody.
· I cannot stop crying.
· I think I'm a bad mum.
· Sometimes I struggle to cope with it all.
